BA Auto Care

I’ve been using Brett as my mechanic for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. He’s done several repairs on my car as well as all of my oil changes, and every experience has been excellent. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and always charges a fair price. One of the best things is that he’ll even come to you to do your oil change, which makes the whole process incredibly convenient. It’s hard to find someone who’s both reliable and trustworthy, but Brett is exactly that. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price. You won’t be disappointed!

First time at BA Auto and could not have been happier!! The staff was super nice and helpful.. They are not the cheapest in the area but, they are willing to work with you to ensure safety and longevity for your car! Thank you to Rachel, Grace and the entire team! Special shout out to Tommy the shuttle driver who was also super kind and helpful. They got the work done in the time they estimated and communicated with me the entire time! We now have a new mechanic and could not be happier! I highly recommend, tell em P sent ya!! (They all also knew who your boy was and that made me feel like a million bucks!)

I have never had a better experience with an auto repair company. I only came here to get two vehicles MD state inspections and was so pleased with the warm cordiality of the person who answered the phone and the people I dealt with in person. They also have a complimentary shuttle service to take you to and from the shop, if you live within a certain distance. This will be the new place my wife and I use for any repair they are able to do! BA Auto Care, thank you!

They did an excellent job. Not only did they handle our repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner, but they were able to diagnose other issues. Their staff was extraordinarily polite and professional. We are definitely choosing to go to them versus the dealer service that we have traditionally done. cheaper better faster.

I found BA Auto Care on Google and decided to try them based on the great reviews. I brought my Lexus in for a brake check and oil change, and I’m so glad I did. They made me feel like my car—and my time—really mattered. Service was personalized, communication was clear, and their feedback was honest. Special thanks to Joe for going above and beyond to personalize my experience and expedite everything. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!
